Benjamin Carlton

Benjamin Carlton is an activist, social entrepreneur, and movement builder committed to shifting how leaders and communities define value and contribution. He co-founded BMe Community, a national network advancing asset-framing, narrative change, and more caring, prosperous communities.

Under his leadership, BMe has influenced national policy, invested millions in local leaders, and supported initiatives that have positively impacted millions of families. Benjamin is widely recognized for advancing asset-framing—an approach that identifies people by their contributions rather than perceived deficits—and has trained leaders from major foundations, corporations, and public institutions.
