[BREAKING]point noun

/ˈbrākiNG ˌpoint/

: the moment of greatest strain at which someone or something gives way.

Many of us are at a breaking point. This is where self management and emotional intelligence has to be a little more intentional. No matter who you are or what your circumstance, hitting a breaking point is real. Maybe you've already hit it, maybe you can see it coming, or maybe it's around a corner and you don't see it at all yet. Wherever you are, how you deal with it matters. The most useful thing you can do for yourself and those around you, is to reframe a breaking point into a breakthrough moment.

"You're supposed to reach a breaking point... I need you, to pay attention to you, 'cause your breaking point, could leave collateral damage to those you love," -Reggie Butler of Performance Paradigm
