Fabian J. De Rozario has trained and coached thousands of professionals across the globe. With nearly two decades in leadership and extensive international experience, he specializes in diversity and inclusion, unconscious bias, cultural agility, and inclusive leadership.

He has partnered with more than 200 organizations, including Fortune 500 companies, to strengthen how people perform and build cultures that hold up across the organization. Fabian is also the founder of GlobalConnect LP and has served as a master facilitator with Korn Ferry. Fabian trained alongside Performance Paradigm’s late co-founder, Reggie Butler, at Global Lead more than 20 years ago.
