Isaiah Smallwood

Isaiah Smallwood is the Director of Media and Operations at Performance Paradigm. Since joining in 2019, he has become the person the firm depends on to make things real, whether that means being on site with a client, in a studio producing content, or behind a screen building the infrastructure no one sees but everyone relies on.

His background is in marketing, but his range tells a different story. Isaiah produces the firm's video, audio, and visual content, co-creates the operational processes behind client engagements, and manages the relationships with the artists and partners who make Performance Paradigm's work possible. He ensures every one of them is set up to do their best. The firm's creative output and its operational backbone run through the same person, and that's by design.
