With prior leadership roles at Aetna, MassMutual, EY, and ESPN, Michael has spent more than two decades developing strategies, launching leadership initiatives, and facilitating learning experiences that actually shift how people show up. His approach blends strategic clarity with deep humanity, helping people move from intention to impact. He has a bias toward action and isn’t afraid to break things in order to fix them.
